Many underwriters require homes on wells have their water tested for Bacteria, Lead and Nitrates prior to closing. Our relationship with local laboratories gives us the ability to have " Rush " tests done In as little as two business days for last minute closings. However, these types of rushes do increase lab fees, planning ahead for these tests can save money.

Realtors. Electric power must be available at the site

The Government regulates, quite closely, limited use well systems. Now these water systems are just like the one that serves your home, only bigger. They are commonly serving commercial office buildings, mobile home parks, convenient stores and even public parks. They draw upon the same water source that you do. One of the reasons they are regulated so closely is because wells do get contaminated from time to time, and the health of the random public is a concern here because they come into contact with the water these wells deliver.

Your home, its inhabitants, and guests deserve the same sense of well-being. But surprisingly there are no current regulations for the private well owner. Therefore it is your responsibility to monitor your own personal water supply. We offer to help you with this by bringing the same attention to your well that commercial well systems enjoy. This includes, quarterly Bacteria testing, annual Lead and Nitrate testing and much more.

Quarterly programs start at only $35.00, much less then a typical quarterly bill from a municipal water supplier. Call and speak to one of our specialists today to schedule your check up.

You may find it necessary to disinfect your well. Either you've had failing Bacteria tests or are noticing an odor or taste in your water. This is a service we offer as well. Chlorination goes hand and hand with the testing aspect of well maintenance. Proper care must be given to ensure that equipment doesn't get damaged and that all people who may come into contact with the treated water are aware to avoid it for a period of time until it can be properly cycled and deemed safe to drink and use again.

Should you be in need of a Coliform Bacteria two day line clearance we charge $30.00 per test/port up to 5 ports, 6 or more ports are $25.00 per test/port.

Be sure line has been Chlorinated and pressure tested.
